On the second day of the 16th Sub-Junior Men's National Hockey Championship, Andhra Pradesh, Mizoram, and Delhi emerged victorious in thrilling matches. These games, held at the Rajgir Hockey Stadium, showcased noteworthy talent and skill.
Andhra Pradesh outplayed Puducherry 3-1 in Pool A of Division C, with standout performances from Surya Ganesh Kataru Pradeep, Chaitanya Lanka, and captain Maduru Ganga. Mizoram dominated Assam with a resounding 6-0 win, highlighted by Joseph Malsawmtluanga's hat-trick.
Delhi's commanding 9-1 victory against Bengal in Pool A of Division B was marked by multiple braces from Aryan, captain Yuvraj Singh, Sushant Sehrawat, and Siddharth. Other significant results included Telangana's overwhelming 20-0 win over Gujarat and Karnataka’s 2-2 draw with Arunachal.
