The government of Karnataka has teamed up with Naukri.com, a division of Info Edge India Limited, to bolster the early-stage establishment of Global Capability Centres (GCCs) within the state. The memorandum of understanding, announced on Saturday, emphasizes reaching high-quality talent solutions beyond Bengaluru, extending to cities like Mysuru, Mangaluru, and Hubballi-Dharwad-Belagavi.

Naukri.com is offering a specialized GCC starter package to newly registered centres with the Karnataka Innovation and Technology Society, featuring a 90-day free trial that includes employer branding and advanced talent sourcing tools. Karnataka's IT and Biotechnology Minister, Priyank Kharge, highlighted the state's robust talent base. Through the collaboration, KITS will promote incentives for eligible GCCs, while Naukri.com facilitates seamless onboarding and continuous support, enhancing the GCC ecosystem's growth and distribution across the region.
