In a powerful address at a rally in Dudhnoi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah underscored the BJP's dedication to tribal development in Assam. He highlighted the strategic roadmap laid out by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, aimed at boosting tribal welfare and progress in the region.
Shah criticized the Congress for allegedly neglecting tribal issues, pointing out their limited investment since Independence compared to the current government's substantial financial commitments. Emphasizing tribal culture's global recognition under Modi's leadership, he reassured that the Uniform Civil Code won't affect tribal areas.
Touting the BJP's achievements and contrasting them against Congress's track record, Shah urged voters to support the BJP in upcoming elections to maintain peace and thwart infiltrators in Assam. He warned against potential instability if Congress gains any seats, advocating for BJP's 'lotus' against Congress's 'hand'.
