In a heated row with the state government, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy slammed Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, accusing him of harboring a 'personal grudge.' This comes in the wake of a crime investigation department (CID) notice issued against Reddy over an altercation with the police.

The controversy erupted when the BRS MLA claimed he was being unfairly targeted for demanding the implementation of the Congress government's 'six guarantees' and unmet election promises. 'It's unfortunate that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has issued a CID notice due to personal animosities,' Kaushik Reddy told ANI.

Further escalating tensions, the BRS party faced a complete suspension from the Assembly—a move criticized by Reddy as targeting the entire party. He suggested that the Chief Minister should face scrutiny for his conduct and language, rather than the opposition. Meanwhile, in an ongoing tussle, a BRS delegation met Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla to demand an inquiry into alleged illegal mining and land-grabbing by a state minister, presenting what they claimed to be incriminating evidence.
