In a fervent address, Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader and former Union minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal called upon the electorate of Tarn Taran to vote for the SAD candidate in the upcoming bypoll.
Badal criticized national parties, alleging they were anti-Punjab, and emphasized the importance of supporting regional representation. She disparaged past performances of both Congress and AAP in addressing farmer issues and fulfilling promises.
Highlighting SAD's track record, Badal claimed the party's proactive stance for farmers during recent floods and its commitment to social welfare schemes as reasons to rally behind their candidate, Sukhwinder Kaur Randhawa.
