On Friday, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann urged the residents of Tarn Taran to vote conscientiously in the upcoming by-election, while cautioning them against the 'propaganda and lies' purported by opposition factions.
In a gathering with AAP volunteers, Mann criticized prior administrations, alleging their role in leading the youth toward a life of crime and citing the misuse of 'false FIRs'. He assured attendees that no fabricated cases have been registered during his tenure.
The bypoll, necessitated by the demise of AAP MLA Kashmir Singh Sohal, is scheduled for November 11, with results expected on November 14. Mann emphasized the importance of the election as a decision-point for Tarn Taran's future, positioning it as pivotal to AAP's anti-drug initiatives.
