In an exemplary show of prompt action, Rajasthan Police apprehended three individuals on accusations of kidnapping and extortion, involving a woman and two men. The trio allegedly demanded Rs 30 lakh from their victim, leveraging threats of fabricated rape charges.

The incident first unfolded on October 22, when a 33-year-old woman named Shahruna allegedly enticed the victim to her home near the RTO office, claiming a need for medical assistance. Upon his arrival, the victim found himself ambushed by Wasim Khan (18) and Priyanshu Chaudhary (21), who reportedly subjected him to assault and recorded him in compromising positions with the woman.

The swift intervention by local authorities, led by officers Shivaji SHO Vinod Samariya and SHO Bharatlal, resulted in the capture of all suspects within a mere 12 hours. The police also retrieved evidence, including an Android phone used during the crime and a gold locket belonging to the victim.
