Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya acknowledged the Bar’s sentiments, while Justice Monga emphasized the eloquence of judgments over public speeches. Justice Ganju stressed the judiciary's role as a constitutional guardian, urging young advocates to prioritize service, fairness, and dignity in their practice.
Bar members, including DHCBA president N Hariharan, expressed anguish over the frequent judicial transfers, citing them as a challenge to judicial independence and the people's rights. Despite the mixed emotions, the event reaffirmed the judiciary’s commitment to the rule of law and justice.
