The Rajasthan government initiated a significant reshuffle, transferring 17 officers of the Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS), according to official reports. This marks the second noteworthy bureaucratic reshuffling within merely two days.
Among the important changes, Dinesh Sharma, recently appointed as the secretary of the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, has been reassigned as the managing director of the State Seeds Corporation. Preeti Mathur will now serve as the new secretary of the selection board. Kailash Chand Sharma, previously the Dausa Zila Parishad CEO, has been appointed as the registrar of MDS University in Ajmer.
The moves, officials indicated, are targeted at streamlining the administrative functions and fostering improved coordination across various departments, reflecting the government's strategic intent to enhance governance efficiency.
