Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu received a substantial Rs 100 crore investment commitment from Ravi PNC Menon, Chairman of the Dubai-based Sobha Group. This funding will be used to establish a world-class library in Amaravati. Naidu's visit to the UAE is part of his efforts to attract investors for the upcoming CII Partnership Summit 2025, set to take place in Vishakhapatnam.

In a post on social media platform X, CM Naidu expressed his gratitude towards the Sobha Group's gesture and highlighted potential investment opportunities in Andhra Pradesh’s real estate, hospitality, and tourism sectors. Naidu had productive meetings with key officials like Satish Sivan, Consul General of Dubai, and A. Amarnath, Charge d'Affaires at the Indian Embassy, to position the state as a vital investment hub.

The Chief Minister further detailed discussions with UAE-based business leaders including Major Gen (Retd.) Sharafuddin Sharaf of Sharaf Group and Ramesh S. Ramakrishnan of Transworld Group. Naidu emphasized Andhra Pradesh’s attractiveness to global investors, especially following Google's recent $15 billion investment commitment for setting up an Artificial Intelligence hub in Visakhapatnam.
