Maharashtra ATS Intensifies Probe into Alleged Forced Conversions at Nashik TCS

The Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has apprehended Safi Shaikh and Raza Memon, key figures implicated in an alleged forced conversion case at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Nashik. The duo is being rigorously interrogated by authorities as they delve deeper into the accusations surrounding this high-profile case.

In a related development, Priyank Kanungo, a member of the Human Rights Commission, disclosed that the commission has actively engaged with the issue. They've demanded detailed reports from TCS regarding the operation and oversight of their BPOs, records of complaints over the past three years, and the protocols followed by their POSH committees.

In response to these allegations, TCS has opted to shift their Nashik branch employees to a work-from-home model as a preventative measure. Police investigations have led to the recovery of numerous 'suspicious' communications and evidence of financial transactions, as the total number of registered cases climbs to nine.
