Pratik Mathur, representing the Indian Consulate General in Shanghai, recently engaged in a pivotal discussion with Bill Russo, the Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce Auto Committee, focusing on India's progressive Electric Vehicle Policy 2.0.
The meeting highlighted how India's evolving policy and the accompanying Production Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme are reshaping global supply chains. These strategies are strategically designed to propel India to the forefront of the electric vehicle revolution.
Concurrently, Mathur connected with Tom Blackadar, Managing Director of Zifo Group, which is expanding its manufacturing footprint in India by employing over three thousand workers and advancing Nextgen technology equipment production.
