Shah expressed the enduring sorrow felt by Indians and highlighted the country's zero-tolerance policy towards terrorism and those who support it.
The Pahalgam assault, executed by the Pakistan-based group Lashkar-e-Taiba, prompted India's retaliatory Operation Sindoor, targeting terror infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan occupied Kashmir.
