The Pahalgam terror attack victims were commemorated on the first anniversary of the incident. Jammu and Kashmir's Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah paid tributes, emphasizing the region's unified stance against terrorism.
The attack by Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists claimed 26 lives, including 25 tourists and a local ponywallah. Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh recalled the indelible pain the nation has suffered, yet highlighted the resilience and courage shown by the people in facing adversity.
