BJP Chief Nitin Nabin has reportedly demanded an explanation from former party MP Sanjeev Balyan over his purported silence during Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann's remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi at a recent event.

Sources revealed that Nabin was particularly concerned about Balyan's alleged non-response to Mann's critique during a Jat conclave in Meerut, where Mann attacked Modi on issues such as price rise. Mann's comments, which included calling India a 'Vishwachela' under Modi's leadership, spurred demands for clarification from Balyan.

Responding to these allegations, Balyan clarified he had objected to Mann's remarks twice and emphasized the event was non-political, urging manners away from political discussions. According to Balyan, he had already registered his protest and addressed the media regarding the incident.
