DMK President and Chief Minister MK Stalin took a jab at the NDA during an election rally on Thursday, accusing them of 'strangling' micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) amid the ongoing West Asia crisis. He highlighted various alleged betrayals by the AIADMK-BJP alliance, particularly their failure to abolish NEET and the introduction of the CAA, which he claimed were against public interest.
Stalin didn't hold back as he criticized AIADMK leaders, mocking Palaniswami for allegedly awarding contracts to relatives and alluding to corruption within the coalition. While not directly naming them, he took aim at figures like Dhinakaran and Anbumani.
He further ridiculed the NDA's 'double engine' approach, branding it as a 'dabba engine' and predicted a sweeping defeat for them in the upcoming Assembly polls.
