Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan expressed shock and concern over the assassination attempt on former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah, questioning the security breach despite Abdullah's Z+ NSG protection.
Vijayan, commenting on social media platform 'X', emphasized the gravity of the situation and demanded immediate answers from authorities.
Abdullah narrowly escaped when a gunman, 63-year-old Kamal Singh Jamwal, fired at him at Greater Kailash. Jamwal, arrested by police, allegedly targeted Abdullah for 20 years.
