The accused, from Nanded in Marathwada, partially returned some funds. The fraud occurred from 2024 to 2026, facilitated by cash and bank transfers.
Multiple cheques issued by Kadam bounced, leading to a complaint at the Marine Drive police station. The case involves charges of cheating and criminal breach of trust, with further investigations ongoing.
