A sudden blaze in Mumbai's Govandi area resulted in significant damage to at least 10 four-wheelers on Thursday afternoon, as per official reports.
The fire reportedly erupted close to Bainganwadi signal on the Ghatkopar-Mankhurd Link Road around 11.45 am, prompting an immediate response from Mumbai fire brigade personnel.
Officials confirmed that while the fire was extinguished by 12.22 pm, it caused extensive damage including an explosion of a car's CNG cylinder. Thankfully, no injuries were reported, though the exact cause of the fire is still under investigation.
