Swift Capture: Juveniles Apprehended in Delhi Heist

Two juveniles have been taken into custody for allegedly snatching a bag filled with gold and diamond jewellery valued at around Rs 20 lakh from a woman in Delhi's Ashok Vihar, according to police reports released on Monday.
The theft occurred near Rajwada Palace at approximately 1 am on Sunday while the victim was in her car after a social function. An unknown young male reportedly opened the car door, seized the bag, and swiftly fled the scene. The stolen bag also contained two mobile phones, including an iPhone.
Police officials reviewed CCTV footage and engaged local informants, which led them to the suspects in a jhuggi cluster in Shalimar Bagh. A raid resulted in the juveniles' capture on Sunday. Subsequent interrogation helped officers recover the stolen items and additional silver jewellery and a gold ring, hinting at further illicit activities by the pair. Investigations continue to unfold more about the case.
