Blast at Punjab BJP Headquarters: Suspects Identified
Two suspects, Gurtej Singh and Amanpreet Singh, have been identified in connection with a blast outside the Punjab BJP headquarters in Chandigarh. Investigations are ongoing with efforts to apprehend the suspects who were last seen heading towards Kharar. A video surfaced showing one person detonating a grenade.

Chandigarh Police have identified two suspects in the explosive incident outside the BJP headquarters in Sector 37. The suspects, Gurtej Singh and Amanpreet Singh from Rupnagar, are on the run, and police efforts to apprehend them continue.
Punjab Police have conducted search operations in Rupnagar district. Meanwhile, family members of the suspects claim they have been out of contact for years. The explosion occurred at 5 pm Wednesday, but fortunately, no casualties were reported.
The incident led to the registration of an FIR under the Explosives Act and Unlawful Activities Act as police work to determine the legitimacy of a video circulating on social media. The video purportedly shows a grenade being detonated by the suspects, allegedly associated with the banned outfit Babbar Khalsa International.
