The unresolved and repeated targeting of Kashmiris by various agencies, according to Mirwaiz, creates an oppressive atmosphere that hampers true peace efforts. The call for accountability echoes across free Kashmir amid ongoing inquiries into the case initiated by the Lieutenant Governor.
