Protests Erupt in Trivedipurva Over Youth's Death

Residents of Trivedipurva village took to the streets, blocking the Bahraich-Huzoorpur road, after the body of Shubham Singh, a 21-year-old local, was discovered in a nearby sugarcane field.
The villagers placed Singh's body on the road and voiced their anger at the police. The Ranipur police station brought in reinforcements to handle the protest.
The police report Singh had left home Monday evening following a phone call, but was found dead on Tuesday morning close to his home. The villagers claim he was murdered, pointing to visible injury marks. Authorities have launched an investigation with special teams, and a case has been filed against unidentified individuals.
