The Indian Youth Congress (IYC) organized a protest in Delhi, seeking justice for Dr Sampada Munde, who allegedly took her own life following harassment and sexual assault in Maharashtra's Satara district.
Munde's alleged perpetrators, police sub-inspector Gopal Badane and software engineer Prashant Bankar, were arrested after Munde's death, which she documented in a harrowing suicide note.
IYC leaders condemned the Maharashtra government's response, decrying the systemic failure to protect women and calling for Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis's resignation.
