British actor Damson Idris is set to lead 'The Lord's Day,' an anticipated action thriller series by Netflix, adapted from Michael Dobbs's novel. Known for 'House of Cards,' Dobbs crafts a gripping narrative where Idris plays protagonist Harry Jones, an ex-spy entangled in a high-stakes political crisis.
