In a recent incident in Uttar Pradesh’s Hamirpur district, a pregnant woman was transported to a hospital on a bullock cart. The inadequate road conditions prevented an ambulance from reaching the village of Parsadwa Dera Gau Ghat Chhani, raising questions about the state’s infrastructure.
Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav criticized the BJP government, calling for genuine concern from the health minister. Sharing the incident on social media, Yadav condemned the state for turning ambulances into 'bull-ances' and challenged its development promises.
As locals continue to struggle with poor road conditions, social worker Arun Nishad highlighted how 500 residents face similar difficulties in every monsoon. Despite assurances from government officials, no significant road construction has been initiated yet.
