Himachal's Educational Revamp: New Schools, New Vision
Himachal Pradesh's Chief Minister, Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, announced the establishment of 100 CBSE-based schools and inaugurated development projects worth Rs 27.43 crore. He criticized the previous BJP government for prioritizing politics over education, while highlighting current initiatives to improve educational and health infrastructure.

Himachal Pradesh is set to witness a significant educational transformation, with Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu announcing the establishment of 100 CBSE-based schools. As part of the first phase, subject teachers will be appointed, and a specialized cadre will be created, introducing a distinct dress code for students.
During his visit to Mamligh, Solan district, Sukhu announced the upgradation of Mamligh to tehsil and the opening of a Public Works Department sub-division. Foundation stones were laid for five development projects, including a Rajiv Gandhi Government Model Day Boarding School and a solar power plant in Mamligh.
Sukhu took a critical stance against the previous BJP government, alleging negligence in educational investments while prioritizing political interests. He emphasized his administration’s commitment to improving educational and health facilities, reflecting zero tolerance for corruption and financial mismanagement.
