Tragic Accident on Nagpur-Mumbai Expressway: Lives Lost in Tempo-Truck Collision
Eight women laborers were killed and three others injured after a speeding truck collided with a tempo on the Nagpur-Mumbai Expressway in Maharashtra's Jalna district. The victims were returning home after work. The tempo driver and passengers were hit by a truck approaching Mumbai. Authorities are investigating.

A tragic road accident on the Nagpur-Mumbai Expressway claimed the lives of eight women laborers in Maharashtra's Jalna district, while three others sustained injuries.
The incident occurred when a group of women, after completing their cleaning assignments, were heading home. As their tempo was starting near Kadvanchi village, a speeding truck rammed into it.
The victims have been identified, and authorities arrested the truck driver, with an investigation underway. Maharashtra's Chief Minister has announced financial aid for the victims' families, extending condolences and coordinating relief efforts through local administration.
