AIADMK chief Edappadi K Palaniswami has predicted a political setback for the ruling DMK due to former minister V Senthil Balaji's involvement in a cash-for-jobs scam. Addressing a poll rally, he criticized Chief Minister M K Stalin for supporting Balaji, indicating potential complications for DMK at the elections.
Palaniswami highlighted Stalin’s change of stance, pointing out that Stalin previously criticized Balaji for similar allegations. The AIADMK leader mocked the controversy with a reference to 'Rs 10', symbolizing the alleged scam, which visibly resonated with party supporters.
Commenting on former associate O Panneerselvam’s recent move to DMK, Palaniswami suggested that such political shifts expose underlying alliances, warning of potential destruction for those undermining AIADMK.
