Fadnavis responded to concerns about the potential shortage of LPG cylinders, encouraging media outlets to avoid inducing panic. He warned that hypothetical scenarios create unnecessary confusion and reiterated the central government's assurance of addressing the issue.
Additionally, Fadnavis addressed questions regarding the timely implementation of a crop loan waiver slated for the 2026-27 budget, ensuring farmers would benefit from a waiver of up to Rs 2 lakh by June 30. This comes amid rising LPG prices linked to global energy cost hikes due to the West Asia conflict.
