Raghav Jhunjhunwala, a diligent resident from Muzaffarpur, Bihar, has achieved the fourth rank in the 2025 UPSC Civil Services Examination. His journey to this accomplishment began with strong support from his family and educators, coupled with an unwavering commitment to rigorous study routines covering 12-14 hours daily.
The Union Public Service Commission announced on Friday that 958 individuals successfully qualified for various central civil services positions. Raghav, known for his academic brilliance since childhood, completed his early education locally before shifting to Delhi for higher studies. He graduated in economics from the University of Delhi, marking a significant milestone in his educational pursuits.
Raghav's perseverance was evident in his three attempts at the coveted examination: while he cleared the prelims in his first attempt and reached the interview stage in the second, it was his consistent effort that helped him secure a top rank on his third try. Beyond academics, he is passionate about photography and badminton, showcasing his diverse interests outside rigorous studies.
