Tragic Clash During Holi: Family Demands Justice for Tarun

A 26-year-old man, identified as Tarun, was killed after a clash during Holi celebrations in southwest Delhi's Uttam Nagar, authorities confirmed. The incident allegedly sparked from a dispute over a water balloon, escalating into violence that left Tarun fatally injured.
Relatives of Tarun, a digital marketing student, expressed their grief and outlined demands for justice. 'He was the hope of our family,' said his father, Memraj. The family claims the initial altercation was accidental, involving a balloon filled with colored water that landed on a woman.
Police have arrested six individuals and apprehended a minor in connection with the case. The family called for stringent actions, including the demolition of unauthorized structures belonging to the accused. Local politicians have visited the family, offering condolences and support for their demands.
