Mercedes-Benz India has joined forces with software giant Zoho to debut a cutting-edge dealer management system named 'SKYLine'. This new platform promises to revolutionize customer experience by modernizing how the luxury brand's nationwide network of dealerships operates.
'SKYLine' ushers in a fully digital service lifecycle from the initial booking phase to the delivery, incorporating real-time data integration and streamlined workflows. Every dealership will be equipped with its own Zoho CRM setup, facilitating independent operations under centrally governed standards.
This robust initiative integrates Mercedes-Benz's existing central IT framework with Zoho's capabilities, creating a multi-instance architecture. The goal is to provide each dealership autonomy while ensuring seamless communication and control from headquarters, significantly enhancing the ownership experience for customers.
