The rollout involved extensive testing and training to ensure a smooth transition.

Mercedes-Benz India has teamed up with Zoho to introduce 'SKYLine', a groundbreaking decentralized Dealer Management System (DMS) aimed at transforming the customer experience across its dealership network. This initiative will digitalize the service lifecycle through features like real-time data integration and streamlined workflows.
The SKYLine system will allow each Mercedes-Benz dealership in India to operate through a dedicated Zoho CRM setup, fostering independent operations while adhering to centralized standards. The system aims to elevate customer ownership experience by combining dealer-level autonomy with centrally governed processes.
This new platform, developed in collaboration with Zoho, integrates older IT systems and incorporates Zoho CRM and Qntrl, along with co-developed middleware capabilities. With over 5,000 man-days of user acceptance testing, the platform exemplifies a significant achievement in setting new benchmarks in luxury automobile service through enhanced transparency and personalized service.
