The Silesian Stadium in Chorzow, known for the Kamila Skolimowska Memorial, part of the Diamond League, will stage the championship from June 3-8, just a month before the Los Angeles Olympics.
European Athletics President Dobromir Karamarinov expressed excitement, calling it a glimpse into the future. Poland ranks sixth in the event's history, boasting 59 golds among its 185 total medal haul since the championships began in 1934.
