Jamshedpur FC is gearing up for the 2025-26 Indian Super League season with a fresh approach to leadership by appointing four captains. Defenders Stephen Eze, Lazar Cirkovic, Pratik Chaudhari, and midfielder Pronay Halder have been entrusted with leading the team under the guidance of head coach Owen Coyle.
Coyle emphasized the significance of unity and shared responsibility, stating, 'Our strength will always be as a group. By naming four captains, it lets everybody know that they're all captains.' This strategy aims to instill leadership qualities throughout the squad, including the younger players.
With the season opener against Mohammedan SC scheduled at the JRD Stadium, the team looks forward to a successful season. Excitement is building in the city, with over 11,000 tickets sold for the opener. Notably, Jamshedpur FC is pioneering a fully digital ticketing system via the Zomato App, promising a seamless experience for fans.
