Parts of Rajasthan are on alert for gusty winds and light rain as a Western Disturbance approaches. The Meteorological Centre has predicted these conditions for Friday, while the remaining areas will largely stay dry.
The disturbance may impact districts including Sri Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, and Jaipur, with winds expected to reach speeds of 40-50 kmph. Additionally, light rain is anticipated in isolated spots.
Currently, maximum temperatures range between 40 to 42 degrees Celsius, with Barmer hitting 42.9 degrees, 3.2 degrees above normal. A slight temperature drop is expected, but temperatures might rise again in the following days.
