Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has unveiled an ambitious Ayodhya Master Plan 2031, aimed at establishing Ayodhya as the world's spiritual capital through a harmonious blend of faith, grandeur, and modernity. The plan prioritizes preserving the city's cultural, religious, and environmental aspects while introducing advanced urban amenities.
Under the Ayodhya Vision 2047, the city is set to become a global spiritual hub, featuring pilgrim-friendly infrastructure, historical circuits, and diversified tourism. To accommodate a projected population increase, the development area is divided into zones focusing on residential, commercial, industrial, and green spaces.
The Chief Minister emphasized modernizing transportation and infrastructure to enhance tourism and economic growth. A series of projects worth Rs 8,594 crore have been approved, promising employment opportunities and regional economic boosts. Adityanath stresses the importance of avoiding unplanned development to maintain Ayodhya as a confluence of faith and modern prosperity.
