TVK chief Vijay addressed a massive rally in Chennai, declaring that traditional political calculations are outdated due to a new generational shift among voters. Criticizing conventional polling strategies and alleging 'scaremongering' tactics, he asserted that young and female voters would disrupt the current power dynamics of Tamil Nadu's established parties.

Vijay targeted the ruling DMK, portraying the election as a struggle to 'save democracy' from a government he claims is indifferent to its people. Approaching his political opponents, including those from the BJP and AIADMK, he labeled them as actors in a 'dangerous drama company,' while reiterating his focus on 'secular social justice.'

The actor-turned-politician pledged transformative policies like offering 200 units of free electricity and free bus travel for women, promising a 'Whistle Revolution' on polling day. He urged constituents to reject alliances he sees as ultimately bolstering the BJP, envisioning May 4 as the day to expel a force he deems evil from Tamil Nadu.
