During the Civil Services Day 2026, he highlighted that this initiative, part of the 'Rajiv Gandhi Administrative Dynamism Campaign,' aims not to eradicate officers but to re-engineer processes for transparency and direct service provision. The approach strives to inject a startup culture into government departments.
He noted Maharashtra's global competitiveness and outlined that improved e-governance and streamlined processes have already achieved significant targets. Chief Secretary Rajesh Agrawal added that the government focuses on law reform and decentralization to enhance public service efficiency.
