Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Udhayanidhi Stalin, issued a rallying cry to voters ahead of the April 23 Assembly elections, urging them to oppose the BJP-led Central government at the polls.

Speaking in Tiruppur district, Stalin criticised the BJP for failing to supply adequate funds to Tamil Nadu, calling on people to deny the party and its ally, the AIADMK, space in the Assembly. He assured that continued industrial development would follow if the DMK ruled.

The campaign also saw Stalin advocating for the DMK's election promises, which include increased financial assistance for women and free laptops for students. He urged voters to support the DMK's 'Rising Sun' symbol and ensure a decisive victory against the 'Delhi team.'
