Tamil Nadu BJP Chief Slams CM Stalin for Opposing Central Initiatives

Tamil Nadu BJP president Nainar Nagenthran has launched a strong critique against Chief Minister M K Stalin, accusing him of adopting a perpetual stance of opposition towards central government initiatives. Nagenthran suggested that the state's frequent protests are driven by an underlying fear of losing the upcoming April elections.

Nagenthran further commented on Chief Minister Stalin's lack of new schemes for Tamil Nadu residents, claiming that his focus has been on familial comfort rather than public welfare. He highlighted upcoming visits from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah to the state, which are expected to draw significant attention.

In addressing the Women's Reservation Bill, Nagenthran clarified that the bill has been in discussion for over a decade and is not being rushed as the state's government claims. He also rebutted allegations concerning withheld education loan funds and GST arrears, affirming that the central government had not reduced any funds.
