In an unexpected turn of events, Union Home Minister Amit Shah found himself unable to reach his scheduled election rally in Golakgunj, Assam, on Friday, due to technical difficulties with his helicopter landing.
Despite the setback, Shah addressed the public over the phone, expressing his apologies and encouraging support for BJP candidate Ashwini Ray Sarkar. He emphasized the need to bolster Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership.
Shah reassured the crowd of his commitment to the campaign, promising to join the victory celebrations if elected. He subsequently proceeded to Dudhnoi in Goalpara district, continuing his multi-stop political tour across Assam.
