DMK Criticizes AIADMK's Unprecedented Seat-Sharing Talks in Delhi

The DMK took a swipe at AIADMK chief Edappadi K Palaniswami for conducting seat-sharing talks in Delhi with the BJP, a move deemed unprecedented since the AIADMK is leading the NDA in Tamil Nadu.

State minister K N Nehru attributed sarcasm to the situation, questioning the logic of holding such pivotal talks in the national capital rather than at the AIADMK headquarters in Chennai. This gesture mirrors investigative summons, pointing to AIADMK's reliance on Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Nehru alleged.

The DMK's critique emphasized that never have seat-sharing discussions occurred at the office of the party designated to lead the alliance. Nehru hypothesized locking AIADMK headquarters, suggesting the party is relinquishing traditional power dynamics, eagerly seeking more seats from the BJP-led alliance.
