AIADMK party members are in the final phases of solidifying seat-sharing arrangements with the BJP and other NDA constituents ahead of the April 23 Assembly polls. General secretary Edappadi K Palaniswami reassured stakeholders of smooth negotiations and plans to announce the finalized constituencies within four days.
Palaniswami, following a meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah, noted that discussions were amicable. Contrary to ongoing media speculation, he dismissed any talks with the Vijay-led TVK, emphasizing the current coalition's strength and focus on winning critical seats.
The AIADMK leader further criticized the ruling DMK government, highlighting a lack of new schemes and rampant corruption. As the political landscape readies for the elections, the AIADMK and BJP's unified front aims to challenge the DMK's standing in Tamil Nadu.
