Senior NCP (SP) leader Sharad Pawar has been discharged from a Pune hospital after recovering from a chest infection. The 85-year-old exited the facility on Saturday afternoon following a few days of treatment.
Pawar's daughter, Supriya Sule, shared the news on social media, noting that her father would be resting at home for three to four days as advised by doctors before resuming his regular duties.
Pawar extended his gratitude to the medical team for their diligent care during his stay. Dr Purvez Grant confirmed Pawar's stable recovery, allowing him to leave the medical facility with confidence about his health.
