Amarinder Singh, the BJP's senior leader and former chief minister of Punjab, is on the road to recovery after a successful knee replacement surgery. Conducted at Mohali Fortis Hospital, the operation was overseen by Director of Orthopaedics, Dr. Harsimran Singh, and declared a success.
Following the procedure, Fortis Hospital issued a statement on Saturday confirming that the surgery went smoothly. Dr. Harsimran Singh reported that Singh experienced no complications during the operation and has shown notable recovery post-surgery.
The hospital is pleased with Singh's condition, noting his ability to walk without pain post-procedure. Singh was discharged in satisfactory condition, marking a speedy and successful journey to recovery.
