Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin praised Farooq Abdullah, the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference president, as a stalwart in representing Kashmir's voice. The commendation came as Abdullah celebrated his birthday.
Stalin noted that Abdullah is emblematic of the fight against the erosion of Kashmir's rights and autonomy.
He extended wishes for Abdullah's happiness, good health, and a long life through a social media post, sharing an image of the veteran leader. Born on October 21, 1937, Abdullah is a seasoned politician, having served as Jammu and Kashmir’s Chief Minister three times and also as a Union Minister of New and Renewable Energy.
