The incident unfolded in Worli when the woman berated Mahajan, accusing him of blocking roads during a rally focused on the women's reservation bill and creating commuter chaos.
Advocate Gunaratna Sadavarte's daughter reported the woman for using abusive language and causing public disturbance. Police have registered a case against rally organizers for norm violations, while Girish Mahajan acknowledged the justified frustration but deemed the language inappropriate.
