The Delhi High Court has ruled that YouTuber Gulshan Pahuja committed contempt of court by producing videos that personally attacked judicial officers, ultimately degrading the judiciary's dignity.

A bench led by Justices Navin Chawla and Ravinder Dudeja determined that the content on Pahuja's channel, 'Fight 4 Judicial Reforms', was not protected as free speech under the Constitution.

The court emphasized that while frustration may lead to uncharitable remarks, Pahuja's statements were aimed at scandalizing officers' images, prompting the court to ask for punishment submissions within two weeks.
